For AI Budget, usage automatically continues via your Wallet if it has a balance - no interruption. If both AI Budget and Wallet are empty, AI features are paused but all non-AI features continue working normally. For Workflow Runs, new workflows are paused at 100% until you add a Workflow Runs pack or your billing cycle resets.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Your current allocation remains until the cycle ends.
