Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Implementation: Build and optimize internal processes that scale with company growth, from foundational workflows to complex operational systems
• Resource Management: Strategically allocate and manage company resources to maximize efficiency and support business objectives
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the operational backbone connecting engineering, product, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration
• Scalability Planning: Design and implement operational mechanisms that support 10x growth without breaking
• Performance Optimization: Continuously identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions that improve team productivity
• Workplace Environment: Create and maintain a productive, efficient work environment that enables the team to do their best work
• Order from Chaos: Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving situations while maintaining flexibility and startup agility

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, ideally in fast-paced startup environments
• Proven track record of building processes and systems from scratch
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize operational metrics
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling operations during high-growth phases (Series A-C)
• Background in tech startups or SaaS companies
• Proficiency with operational tools (project management, analytics, automation platforms)
• Experience implementing OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
• Previous experience managing cross-functional initiatives
