Marketing & PPC Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a growth machine - a Marketing & PPC Manager who thinks like an entrepreneur, not a campaign operator. You'll own our entire demand generation engine, from Go-To-Market strategy to execution across paid channels. This role requires someone who obsesses over CAC/LTV ratios, runs experiments like a scientist, and can scale acquisition while maintaining unit economics. Key Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Paid Campaign Management: Own and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve CAC/LTV ratios, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency through data-driven experimentation
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and run rapid experiments across channels, creatives, audiences, and messaging to identify winning formulas
  • Full-Funnel Analytics: Track and optimize the complete customer journey from first touch to conversion, identifying drop-off points and opportunities
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets
  • Budget Management: Allocate marketing budget strategically across channels to maximize ROI and growth velocity
  • Channel Expansion: Identify and test new acquisition channels that align with our target audience and economics
  • Attribution & Reporting: Build robust attribution models and reporting dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with significant budgets ($50K+/month)
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition while maintaining or improving unit economics
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, attribution tools, and data analysis
  • Experience building and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to design experiments, interpret results, and act quickly
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Startup mentality - comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing
  • Background in growth-stage startups (Series A-C)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and multivariate experiments
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies
  • SQL knowledge or experience working directly with data warehouses
  • Previous experience building marketing functions from scratch

Success Metrics (First 6 Months)

  • Reduce CAC by 20%+ while maintaining or increasing acquisition volume
  • Achieve ROAS targets across all major channels
  • Launch and validate at least 3 new acquisition channels or tactics
  • Build comprehensive attribution and reporting infrastructure
  • Scale monthly lead/user acquisition by 3-5x
